Prior to the presentation Feedback Plus collects company names and phone numbers and conducts random mystery shops. The results are evaluated using this simple 10-point grading system:

  1. How many times did the phone ring?
  2. Did the staff member give their name?
  3. Did they ask for caller’s name?
  4. Did they use the callers name?
  5. Were they pleasant and friendly?
  6. Did they seem interested in conversation?
  7. Did staff members appear to be knowledgeable?
  8. Did they say "Thank You?"
  9. Based on this call would you do business with this company?
  10. Based on this call would you recommend this company?"
